The Postgraduate Certificate Course
These Advanced courses are particularly relevant for commercial diplomacy practitioners, members of the judiciary (commercial judges), legislators, commercial bankers, and or commercial lawyers in government offices and private law firms. Each of these intensive postgraduate courses consists of (minimum) nine advanced specialized modules designed by experts and specialists. Participation is open to qualified practitioners on all continents, most especially officials from countries dealing with claims introduced by foreign investors and with the conduct of international trade, investment and commercial arbitration, or wish to gain professional experience, understanding of commercial diplomacy.
